Matthew J. Saker
Matt Saker is a real estate executive with over 23 years of experience at CBRE, where he serves as Senior Vice President in the firm's Global Advisory & Transaction Services group. His tenure with the firm dates back to its acquisition of Insignia ESG in July 2003, where he had been serving as Managing Director. Earlier in his career, Matt held leadership roles at Peter Elliot & Co. and began his real estate practice at Grubb & Ellis. Prior to joining the brokerage side, he spent several years at Saker Associates, where he was involved in asset management and development across a diverse portfolio that included grocery-anchored retail, office, industrial, residential, hospitality and a private golf course. Matt holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Joseph's University. His work focuses on strategic real estate advisory, portfolio management, and occupier services, with an emphasis on building long-standing client relationships and delivering consistent results.

Mr. Sam Wai Sing Lui
Sam is a financial executive with over a decade of experience serving as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller for multinational corporations and companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX) and Nasdaq. A member of HKICPA and ACCA, Sam began his career in audit at firms including Deloitte and BDO, where he worked with listed clients across Asia and Europe. His experience includes guiding companies through the IPO process, from pre-listing preparation to post-listing compliance. He served as CFO of Aureus Greenway Holdings Inc. during its listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market in February 2025, and as Financial Controller and Company Secretary of Cool Link (Holdings) Limited for its listing on the GEM Board of HKEX. Sam's work focuses on financial reporting under US GAAP and HKFRS, corporate governance, treasury management, and operational finance. He has worked with finance teams to support accurate reporting and efficient day-to-day operations.
